Encontros da Imagem

From September 15th to October 29th, photography is invading the city of Braga again, on the 26th edition of the festival Encontros de Imagem. This year, in which we celebrate the 30 years of the festival, Barcelos, Guimarães, Famalicão and Oporto join the celebration and also receive several exhibitions of the festival, which is one of the oldest and most well-known photography festivals in Europe. Go to any of these cities, to buildings like Mosteiro de Tibães, Teatro de Gil Vicente, Alberto Sampaio Museum, Casa Soledade Malvar and Viscondes de Balsemão Palace, among others, get away from reality and let yourself get involved by the power of image.

Braga Music Week

Nine days of music, cinema and all kind of culture running freely through the city’ streets. That’s the promise of Braga Music Week, an event that will leave Braga filled with culture in its every corner. From  September 29th to October 8th, there will be concerts through the streets, cinema sessions in such an iconic place like Theatro Circo and a lot more. Don’t stay around the house on these days and let yourself get infected by the energy and the good vibrations of this festival.

Semibreve is back between October 27th and 29th! This festival, which combines the avant-gard of electronic music and digital art with such emblematic places of Braga like Theatro Circo, Casa Rolão, Imaculada Chapel and GNRation – the Guarda Nacional Republicana’s old building -, was already considered to be one of the 26 festivals in the world by the British magazine “Dazed and Confused”. Join, thus, to this 7th edition and witness yourself the magic created by this festival, which already guaranteed a great affluence of public.
