This animal often referred, in the encyclopaedias, as a soft-bodied, eight-armed mollusc with suckers around the mouth, makes the delights of Braga’s visitors. There are hundreds of ways to cook this product, but you can’t resist to ‘polvo à lagareiro’, ‘arroz malandrinho’, or even to a barbecued octopus with olive oil on the top. It’s the best delicacy that the sea has to offer.
