Grelos’ are the sprouts from turnip’s leaves and make the delights in any dish. When the temperatures rise, the plant flourishes too early and its leaves become harder. This ingredient goes well with ‘cabrito assado à moda do Minho’ – roasted lamb served in Easter Sunday in Northern Portugal.
