A thin soft purplish skin with a gap in the middle, that hides a pinkish fruit that dissolves quickly in our mouth. Fig fruits have a flavor that can either be quite insipid or very, very sweet, although it always ends up being a quite refreshing piece of fruit. Due to its characteristics, it’s also too delicate, making it hard to preserve.
